OUR MISSION
For over 25 years, Gateway Search has been a major provider of
talent in the placement of full-time and contract accounting,
finance, tax, audit, and other professional staff in the Eastern
Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey and Delaware corridor. We are
a “preferred vendor” for over 60% of all major employers within
the tri-state region. We
are a firm focused on client satisfaction. Our mission
statement is based on the concept of providing quality service
to both our individual and corporate client base. Quality
service is at the heart of our success to date.
We have a staff of six full-time recruiters and four
researchers, which places us among the
three largest firms in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey region.
While many of our competitors have lost many of their
recruiters, we remain strong and capable of quick reaction in
finding and placing quality, talented individuals. Another
important consideration about Gateway is that we are actively
recruiting candidates in this economy. Therefore, very few of
the candidates that we represent come from the job boards
such as Monster. We will not duplicate any
efforts that you may make in using internet sourcing techniques.
We guarantee the quality of our candidates. We interview and
obtain references on those that we represent and try to
determine exactly what our candidates are searching for in areas
such as compensation, work/life balance, career path and other
non-quantifiable measures. We therefore try to present to our
client companies the most qualified, enthusiastic and realistic
candidates that are available.
